• Startup Management of JV between BGP LLC (Milan, ITA) and Global Strategy LLC (Milan, ITA)

• Coordination of Legal and Tax activities.
• Establishment of Private Equity practice group wide (ITA & CEE)
• Recruiting, Assessment, Training and Coaching of staff of 4 highly qualified resident economists.
• Project Executive in parallel deployments including additional staff from headquarters in Milan.
